Ground floor with 1st floor bedrooms accessible with Stair lift, suitable for limited mobility. This apartment has its own Dedicated Private parking right outside.

The entrance to this apartment is on the ground floor of the Metropole.  The accommodation is on two floors (a stair lift is fitted). The ground floor consists of a comfortable lounge diner with TV (with Freesat not Sky) and a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. The upper floor has a mezzanine double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. There is also a large family bathroom with shower.

Outside the property is a decking area, the sea is just a very short distance away, the sun is on that side of the building from lunch time till sunset and this makes for a very pleasant place to sit

Small well behaved dogs are permitted by prior arrangement at an extra charge of £20 per week.

short stays of a minimum of 3 nights are available during the winter months and of 4 nights minimum during other off peak periods, please ask for details

We have had an enjoyable stay in a well equipped apartment, lovely to have a welcome pack. Good communication from Jean prior to our arrival and very informative about placs to eat etc (we recommend the Granby for food) Will plan to come again next year, thank you we even had wonderful weather!
